Welcome to the Sabal Woods community website. This site is here not only to offer our neighbors information concerning our village of Sabal Woods but also to provide neighbors an easy way to find Homeowner Association (HA) documents and to contact the Board of Directors.

The Sabal Point Homeowners Association (SPHA) is made up of the homeowners of Sabal Woods, and is one of 3 associations in the larger Sabal Point Community in Seminole County, Florida. Sabal Woods was built in the 1970’s and has 149 homes. Our village is adjacent to the 600 acre Florida Audubon Sabal Point Sanctuary and within our village many homes back-up to an 8 acre conservation area.

On this website you will find all the documents you need related to the SPHA. Since our community is deed restricted, these documents serve a framework for all homeowners to keep their property in an appearance which adds value to everyone’s property. Any time a homeowner wants to make a change to the exterior of their home, they will need to complete the ARC Form.
