The SPHA has 5 board members that each serves a term of 3 years. The board members are homeowners who volunteer their time and have a passion for protecting our quality of life in Sabal Woods. The Board meets monthly to review business. The Boards business is to maintain and protect the value of the community. Our primary duties are to assess dues which are used to maintain the landscaped common areas, walls, signs and fences, and monitor compliance of the appearance of homes. An annual meeting is held every June in which new Board members are elected to fill those whose terms have expired.
